The Windsor Women In Construction Committee is pleased to announce
we will now offer a bursary to Women in the Trades.
Qualifications
Must be enrolled in a Construction Trades program (proof of enrollment required)
Must be a resident of Windsor, Essex, Chatham Kent or Sarnia Lambton (Post secondary institution does not need to be located in the this area)
Must have OSSD or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older OR Grade 12 female high school students must be registered in a College construction skilled trade related techniques program in the following school year (after graduation); or be a registered OYAP Apprentice and will be continuing with their apprenticeship after high school
How are these funds raised? We host an annual charity golf outing and the proceeds raised will go toward this bursary fund.
