In order to comply with the requirements of the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA), we have undertaken a comprehensive review and revision of our current bylaws. These revised bylaws have been carefully crafted to ensure alignment with ONCA regulations, aiming to enhance transparency, governance, and operational clarity within the WCA..
